Formatting a Page in WordPress
To format your page, you can use the built-in options in the WordPress block editor. Here are some key formatting options:
- Text formatting: Select the text you want to format and use the toolbar that appears above the block to apply formatting options such as bold, italic, or strikethrough. You can also create bulleted or numbered lists, add quotes, and change the alignment of your text.
- Heading styles: To organize your content, use different heading styles, such as H1, H2, and H3. To apply a heading style, select the text and choose the appropriate option from the ‘Heading’ dropdown menu in the toolbar.
- Links: To add a hyperlink, select the text you want to link, click the ‘Link’ icon in the toolbar, and enter the destination URL.
- Images and media: Add images, videos, or other media to your page using the ‘Image’ or ‘Media’ blocks. Click the ‘+’ icon to add a new block and choose the appropriate media block.
